As a result, it is often difficult to grasp the specificities of each system. The main objective of this paper is to provide a narrative review of the interactions between the French mental health and judicial systems. Subsequently, we will discuss how the concept of forensic psychiatry does not yet exist in France and how it can be applied.Show less >
