The increasing number of publications that deal with models as references, practices and policies mainly investigate the way urban forms are generated and the role of international networks. However, these processes have been less investigated in the Global South where the sustainable challenges are vast. The South-East Asian city of Hanoi provides a unique opportunity to analyse how the green city model circulates and takes root locally as a planning strategy in a large metropolis.Lire moins >
