Show more >A 142GHz fully-integrated wireless chip-to-chip solution is demonstrated for short range and low power communication. Implemented in 0.13μm SiGe:C BiCMOS technology, the Tx and Rx silicon area including dipole antennas is 0.31mm². The OOK transceiver achieves a data rate of 14Gbps for a communication distance of 0.6mm with an energy efficiency of 5.7pJ/bit.Show less >
