A numerical model is presented and validated for the case of a single force acting on the surface of a half space. Calculations for a combination of two forces equivalent to a directional source in an infinite medium is then presented. The objective is the numerical modeling of a directional source for monitoring purpose. INTRODUCTION A recent development in seismic is time lapse or 4D-surveying.Show less >
