While previous studies have evaluated the skyrmion radius for materials with different properties, less work has focused on the impact of device width. Numerical calculations based on the Landau-Lifshitz Gilbert equation were conducted, and it was found that the skyrmion radius was strongly influenced by both material and device geometry. The study presents and discusses the reduction of skyrmion size with device width, as well as the transition from skyrmion to a warm-type magnetic domain. These findings are examined in terms of the effect of edge forceLire moins >
