We aimed to describe the interplay between TAO and pregnancies. Among 224 TAO patients, 22.8% were women. Demographic data, clinical manifestations, and outcomes were similar between men and women. Twenty-one (41.2%) women had 48 pregnancies. Thirty-six (75%) pregnancies with on term and complication free delivery occurred. None of the patients experienced a disease flare of TAO during pregnancy. TAO does not seem to affect pregnancy complications, and pregnancy does not seem to interfere with the course of TAO.Lire moins >
