Show more >Our study shows that learners of Swedish (L1 and L2) use posture verbs in locational events, but not always in an idiomatical way. The possible reasons are : the semantical domain of location is activated, and the verbs come out in disorder ; the semantical parameters of each verb are not fully controlled : the French speakers are influenced by their mother tongue. The use of these verbs seems to increase with age and linguistic competence.Show less >
