Located within the intensive agricultural landscape of Central-Western Tunisia, Foussana has witnessed a recent and growing focus on apple cultivation, potentially leading to a distinct territorial identity. This study aims to characterize the evolving apple-growing landscape and evaluate its impact on the region. We employ a multidisciplinary methodology, including landscape evaluation through scenic view assessments at various points and a phytoecological analysis to assess biodiversity. The expected results will provide valuable baseline data for informing public development policies that support the region's growth while ensuring the agricultural landscape's conservation.Lire moins >
