In this context, a questionnaire survey was conducted among a sample (N= 219) in Gabon in the Libreville region. The results allow two essential contributions. The first is to reveal a positive correlation between exposure to bullying at work and, firstly, affective commitment and, secondly, the intention to leave the company of the person exposed to the harassing behavior. The second indicates the mediating role of the social support of the hierarchy in the relationship between workplace bullying on the one hand and the intention to leave the company on the other. In conclusion, these results suggest that social support from the hierarchy is an important resource for coping with WB.Lire moins >
