The model is derived proceeding from electrochemical first principles. Two adaptive observers with guaranteed stability properties, under practically reasonable assumptions, are proposed. Simulations on a lithium iron-phosphate (LiFePo) cell to illustrate the advantages and limitations of the proposed observers are presented.Show less >
