Show more >We numerically investigate the focusing properties of an acoustic metasurface consisting of a line ofpillars of elliptic shape on a thin plate. We report on the influence of the ellipticity parameter on both monopolarcompressional and dipolar bending modes of the pillars. We show that a line of pillars with a gradient in theirellipticity allows to focus the transmitted elastic wave at different targeted points.Show less >
